I suggest buying a ticket that isn't upper deck or south endzone and doing your best to sneak in (you don't have to do much sneaking actually). My friend and I sat in the student section for every game from the time we 13 until we started at LSU without student tickets. I did it Saturday too.
If you buy a ticket in the 200's you can get into the student section with no problems. If you get 100's or 300's I wound't trade those for nothing.
I bought a ticket in section 103 on saturday and moved to the SS. Granted they were on row one and you can't see anything unless you're 10' tall, there's no where else I'd rather watch a game at this point. Ask me again when I can't handle standing for 4 quarters and I might say something different.
I sat in the new west side suits for the spring game. It was amazing up there. Just awsome... But i don't think i would skip out of the student section for 1 game to sit there. I love me some student section. The atmosphere is the best!!!:thumb:
I wouldn't waste money buying one online. You can ALWAYS find one outside of the stadium for much cheaper. ALWAYS. If it happened last weekend it will happen every weekend. If you don't want to risk it though, stubhub.com is good.
or not. i have had one decent transaction on stubhub, and one incredibly bad one. they dont "police" their sellers nearly as well as advertised. and when there is a problem that is glaringly obvious, they drag their feet to correct it. all imo, of course, but my ticket transaction for the florida game was much more stessful than it should have been and should not have taken several hours over a few days to correct.
