I'm willing to bet he did favor LSU over Oklahoma. Just because Norman is some old crappy town with nothing but white people (i think) and Baton Rouge actually has a black population besides the football players. There's a lot of rappers that say USC is their team, because they so many rappers come from Southern Cal. But LSU had Mannie Fresh or some Big Tymer, i can't remember exactly, who was a big LSU fan.
The other Big Tymer is Brian "Baby" Williams. I wouldn't associate Snoop with any of the Cash Money Millionaires. He used to be a No Limit Soldier and it is quite commonly known that the 3rd Ward doesn't get along too well with the 'Nolia.
He hasn't been a thug since being signed to a record label. The only thing he ever does wrong is flame up the Buddha a little bit. Same is true for most rappers (excluding the well known Corey Miller aka C-Murder.)
plus he lives/lived in baton rouge. my wife would see him all the time at this salon/spa she worked at during college. snoop was "dating" one of her coworkers. he seemed to really like baton rouge, so i am sure he was pulling for the tigers over oklahoma. just my thoughts...but what does it really matter anyway? geaux tigers!!!!!
Trying to get the younger generation to rightfully abhor the personalities who's "music" they consume is a discouraging thing. It's just astonishing what behavior is condoned these days. Things that would have ended careers years ago are now easily condoned or forgotten. He's a dumb thug. I have zero desire to see him or any other gang bangers cum rappers develop a fondness for LSU.
