Yeah, I live in Lake Charles, I know all about the wanna be big timers in sulphur. They like to think of themselves as important, it's so cute.

actually he is not from sulphur, he covered east saint john while Perrilloux was there and he covered new orleans sports. i think he is from slidell, I guess sulphur was the only paper he could get a job at. he also writes some articles for tigerbait.com from time to time, mostly women sports

[People will say that the defense played a bad game and so did the offense, but the biggest difference with the LSU offense is that they have not had a good game this year and don't tell me the Ole Miss game. West Monroe High School could challenge Ole Miss.]

I'd have to replace Bastrop with West Monroe..:) :hihi:

I believe you're right, cparso. With all due respect to LSU's considerable talent pool, USC is in a different league than most of us (if not all of us).

With Leinert, Bush, White, and Bing, USC has set itself apart in the talent department. How do you lose an OC with the track record of Norm Chow and not miss a beat on Offense if not for talent?

Sad to say he is right about most of it, jamracus included.

For two games I thought the guy progressed, but he looked like old AAron agasint Georgia. maybe it was the O-Line, I dunno but he aint the big time HS QB tirk and the rest of the jamarcus azz kissers say he is. he aint all that. he can throw 500 yards but when it gets there, it is either off by 50 yards or it mows the reciever down, or it lobbs over their heads.. hell a scarwny QB could do that. the dude is huge and strong, step up already, I dont care how many games he hasn't started. time to step up or step OUT!

I don't think our offensive play calling is limited by Jimbo, I think it's limited by disciplined players. or the lack there of.

but we're still gonna punk Miami LOL

Why does that Auburn game and missed field goals keep coming up? I mean the national media I understand but local guys? Did he even go to that game? Auburn got punked in that game...the score just didn't reflect it.

dude, KI rang up two bills on the LSU D and took the game into overtime ..... on LSU's turf! I'd hardly refer to it as a "punking."

Now on the other hand, what Auburn did to Alabama? ..... now THAT was a punking!

Never thought about all of the running backs we already have committed. I don't mind running the ball, but I love when a team passes the ball. I loved Steve Spurrier's Fun-N-Gun offense, because they passed a lot. With JaMarcus behind center, we should be throwing the ball 30+ times a game. The only thing is our receivers aren't catching the ball. If our receivers were as good as people were saying in the preseason, JaMarcus should have had at least 50 more pass attempts this season.

Oh yeah...I forgot. How many touchdowns did he have? 1? And that was on a lucky busted play. Wow..over 200 yards didn't mean much if you lost. Five field goal misses means somehow we denied moving the ball any further toward the goal line. We dropped two passes that would have negated those points...see how this works? You HAVE to put the points on the board. Otherwise you are punked...
