    If you send it on a ship that goes down the Pacific coast and around the tip of South America and then into the Atlantic and then the Gulf of Mexico to Louisiana technically it wouldn't have crossed state lines.

    it's a good plan, do you think the Coast guard will buy it?

    moving it into the Pacific Ocean is crossing state lines, as is moving it from the Gulf of Mexico into Louisiana

    I've seen a lot of great Super Bowl champs with great QB & HC combinations going back to the Packers with Starr & Lombardi. Brady & Bellechek exceed them all.
