No, no there isnt. They would be like the cock roach. Bigger stronger and faster. No, you kill them and you kill all of them and then you place a moratorium on the religion and kill anyone caught practicing it on the spot after the initial purge. It is harsh but it is the only way.

 

They turned out ok after we showed them we were willing to obliterate their population.

 

The Japanese were a homogeneous society with a strong national identity. They had a goal of becoming a modern world power. When they learned war wasn't the path they used their identity to forge a strong economic power.
None of this exists in the ME.

 

I was referencing the bombs that put them in their place.
