BSU has one of the worst tastes in color schemes, uniforms and field/court designs, etc. (along with Wyoming, Oregon and San Jose St.) known to man!

The weird thing is, for a school that is considered "mid-major" (if that), and the operating budgets of a mid-major, they sure as hell throw a LOT of money into their nasty "blue-rug" astro turf and raid the Boise Sherman Williams store for ALL of their blue and orange paint. Wonder if these potato farmers realize that they would probably net a few million if they just be NORMAL like the rest of the country (Oregon, SJSU, and Wyoming excluded).
I hope they redo it for the tourny. I could see that color scheme messing with players who aren't used to it. Seems like it could be a little confusing to players as far as their perception of where they are on the court and such. Plus, I just don't want to have to look at it for 1.5 to 2 hours.
its good exposure for sure. Everyone always talks about that smurf turf during and after football season at any mention of that state. Now the hoops have succeeded in causing discussion as well. oregon's unis cause the same stir. most publicity is good publicity. what other mid-minor school gets as much hype.
