You're right LSU deserved and earned the right to be there and the bowl system sucks but AU still should have been able to take care of the badgers. Tubby is an arrogant pr.....ick and his team mirrored his arrogant over confident attitude and got their a$$es handed to them.

We had this game on for a bit during the ride back from Atlanta today. Tubby actually went for it twice on fourth & long in the red zone early in the fourth quarter while Auburn was down by 14. Luckily for Auburn, they got a touchdown to pull within seven.

He should have taken the points though and pulled within 11. It seems like that really motivated Wisconsin to finish them off from that point on.

Wisconson was in control from start to finish, Tubby looked like he was shocked that the badgers came to play. He is his own worst enemy, every time his head swells it drags him down.

no chokes. you dont give up that many points and yards on a choke. clearly lost in H2H. by definition UWV and Wisc are better teams.

And we lost to Tennessee, but they are not the better team. They were just out played on this given day, it happens when you forget to show up.

not showing up is not the same as a choke. its being unmotivated or scared or out of shape. choking is pulling a chuck knoblach to first or clanking important free throws of the front of the rim.

I hate this excuse. They lost, period, not getting up for a game is weak.

I'm very disappointed in UGA and Auburn, but give West Virginia and Wisconsin credit. The Big 10 is a solid conference and West Virginia is solidly coached and plays disciplined. Additionally, a beloved Wisconsin coach ended his career with a big win, and a rising coach, and West Virginia native, validated the inclusion of the Big East in the BCS.

I always support the SEC team in bowl games, even if LSU will profit if one of them loses. Our conference is one of the toughest in the nation, and I always want SEC teams to prove it in the bowl games. This year they did not, losing 3 out of 6. I thought we had a good chance of winning at least 5. The only team was was concerned about was Alabama, and they won. South Carolina should never have lost their game (kinda reminded you of the LSU-Tennessee game, didn't it), and Georgia's pathetic rush defense was the key reason they lost. As for Auburn, I still do not understand their loss.

But LSU should go up to #4 or #5 in the polls. Dandy Don indicated they could go as high as #3 if Penn State loses, but I don't believe so. The bias in favor of the California and big Eastern teams is just too strong.
