I'm seeing the SEC move more up the East Coast, maybe one of the Virginia schools. This brings in the DC/Baltimore market.

This is all fine and dandy, but who is the 14th team for the SEC EAST ?

    CLEMSON
    FLA ST
    GA TECH
    VA TECH

Who will be the 14th for the EASTERN division ?

Not until June of 2012, at least that is what the contract says. No?

I think the SEC should take the PAC-10 (12)...yes the whole Pac-10.

Oh really, did you watch the Rose Bowl??? The ONLY thing Vandy and TCU have in common, private schools LOADED with filthy rich alums except TCU's will fork out the money to make it happen.

The advantage to TCU (putting aside for a moment that I don't think we need to expand at all) is that it puts the SEC solidly in the Dallas market. The disadvantage is that someone from the current West would have to move to the East. Bama? Auburn? Bama fights it because, unless they change the bs "natural rival" schedule clause, they have to give up either Auburn or UT as an annual opponent.
