No. Not if they are a true believer. I wonder if all of those store owners are Muslims. Surely some of them are but not all Arabs are mooslems. This one convenience stop I go in they are Arabs and speak Arabic among themselves but the women working there don't have rags on their heads. Maybe they are Chrstians for all I know.
