Well, it's not that hard to tell if you are frequently around people who work out a lot. A lot of times, it involves people just looking too big or ripped. There's a few guys that work out at the same gym as me that you can tell right away that God did not bless them with that good of a body. Also, steroid users' heads tend to become enlarged ('roid head). Gapped front teeth are another good indicator. Arnold has this bad. So does Michael Strahan (not sure if he ever juiced, but his teeth surely look like it). Steroids cause your body to grow, but not your teeth.
Yeah they tend to have a real 'puffy' look while they're on them. But when they cycle off, they can get pretty damn ripped.
actually I had friends who did horse steroids they got from the vet who was eventually caught of course. the most obvious way to tell, since many friends who worked out didn't use them, is their frequent rages. always looking to fight or just so intense with mood swings its very clear its not cocaine or some other drug. when on cocaine also, well that wasn't exactly pretty. but yeah their veins are practically ripping out their arms and legs, especially those with low body fat. ones who cycled them periodically and more responsibly had great results with no bad after-effects. Yet its like any other drug and you keep upping intake it turns ugly.
