What's this "safely travel" away from the stadium crap? Are there mobs of Turkish bandits roaming the Baton Rouge nights these days? Tennessee's last trip to Tiger Stadium was the same time of day/night. Wasn't it "safe" then?
The Tennessee excuses smell like the water that is now left in New Orleans. I just saw Mayor Nagin on WWL, New Orleans is opening up next week---by the 23d, I anticipate that over 100,000 people will be back in the city proper. That does not count Jefferson, Plaqumenes, St. Charles, St. Tammany, Livingston, and Washington Parishes. Now what does this mean (for our Tenessee "friends")---- Hotel rooms in Baton Rouge should start to empty out on Monday---so check back with your hotels--- rgds, Butch
 ....Is this a reference to something I haven't yet digested? Was Baton Rouge overrun by Turks at some point?
MOST of the people of TN have been wonderful hosts for our brethren that have lost everything and then some... BUT... Some of these pricks need to get a life!! I live in Memphis... Cancelled TWO rooms last week... Called the RV place, rented RV and will drive down Thurs night to avoid "horrible traffic"!!!!!!!!!!! Also to hunt a parking place for two 36 footers!!!! :hihi: Piss on the Volunqueers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :sob:
Not to be redundant, but.....   :bncry:    If it's such a risk to drive home, DON'T COME. As they're making it seem, it's just one football game anyways, right?
