Texas Tech admits violations in giving players possible illegal supplements?

    coach should have known better. I'm all for consenting adults being able to use any type steroid or supplement they want, but it has no place in sports whats so ever. I'm guessing the test boosters were prolly 1-testerone and derivatives of it which aren't really test boosters, but are actual steroids.

    The Dallas Morning News also ran a previous article about steroids in a Texas HS and such.

    I haven't ever heard kids around my area talk about their football players using them so I hope it isnt a national thing.

    yeah I think if you get caught with them or using them under 18 it should be a huge fine and maybe jail time. Its rediculus how hs players are using them and what they don't know is if they would learn how to eat and train properly they could make huge gains at that age.
