Odd I didn't even think about him. Huh I hate to say it but next year may be the proverbial rebuilding year. Tack on nothing yet about a change in offensive philosophy a weaker defense may spell a down year for recent standards...

Pretty much a forgone conclusion throughout this year. He pretty much made up his mind last season. Simon has kids and needs the money. He probably needed next year the most out of all the guys who have declared and will declare.

This is what sucks the most. Needs the money yet will throw away a year that he desperately needs to end up broke because he reached for the glory a bit too soon. Good luck kid but I predict we find you maybe in the CFL

I certainly agree. I'm very surprised by THIS one. What's he projected to go?

I get a feeling there's some internal problems with our team. Just a hunch from some twitter posts I've read from players/former players. Anyone else have this feeling?

No, I think you're reading too much into guys like Shepard and Wing and Jarrett Lee. Every program has guys that are upset about their PT or getting suspended etc.

By the way, Ware is gone now too. No big surprise there.

Not problems at all. Simon was set in stone a long time ago. 2 kids to support is bottom line. His classes attendence is a reflection of this.

Oh and everyone has to tell Shep to simmer down and stop all the up and down stuff. It is a daily thing.

I don't do the Twitter thing. What's Shep doing?
