That's fucked up. Sheriff Joe abused his position for decades and had no respect for the Constitution or due process. Politically, this is pretty dumb too. Trump won a surprising 29% of the Latino vote which helped put him over the top. He just pardoned a guy with a history of terrorizing that community. Trump is nuts.
