That was really a shame.

No reason to punish yourself. College football is still great. Maybe K State will beat the gumps.

My heart is broken for those kids. They have fought their asses off the past 2 seasons.

Sort of but I hope they are mad and not at the coaches or themselves or the zebras but just mad enough to never let this happen again. They know they could have won and will blame themselves (not justified IMO). I hope they take their anger and focus it to playing with a chip on their shoulders and kick ass for the rest of the season and into next year.

Maybe Bama has a letdown next week against A&M. Not likely, but maybe. I mean, if our paltry offense can gash God's gift of defense for nearly 500 yards, surely A&M can compete. They just can't be intimidated. I think Bama, especially their D, gets alot of mileage from intimidation. We're the only team that's not intimidated by them and look what we did to what some uninformed jackasses were calling an NFL caliber defense. Just not sure A&M has the horses on D to stop their running attack.

Certainly a letdown spot. A&m is game.

    I disagree.

Mett took the ball on the very first drive down the field. LSU's offense consistently moved the ball. The only thing I remember asking myself about the first half of offense ... was. ... Why in the hell did the coaching staff, once again, abandon what was working?? The lull between the first drives and the 2nd Half was pure play calling ... nothing else. There were a few dropped passes that could have broke things out ... but METT ... was fricken stellar just about all night.

The Fake FG ... 4th and twelve .. cost us 3 points.

Not going for a first down on 3rd and 10 in the final minutes, when your QB and WRS pretty much have the Bama defense;s panties around their ankles .. was just wrong. PLAY TO WIN .. and you win. Even if they had not got the first down, they would have still been in FG range.

Chavis screwed the pooch on this one as well. For two years now, that RB screen has been Bama's bread and butter when they need results ... and Yeldon was all alone, in space, where he is dangerous. The D that Chavis had been running the entire second half had Bama stopped cold. If it aint broke ..don't fix it.

Funny ... for two years .. it's been the defense that wins the games for us. Last night, the O stepped up .. the defense laid and egg just at the wrong moment.

Hate to say it ... but I just became a HUGE Georgia fan. I will not root for Bama in the SEC CG.

I'd rather see a ND/KS/Oregon NCG, than for Bama to sniff the field. We kicked their arses last night, but they won on the score board.

Don't waste any energy pulling for either. I usually just hope for a bomb threat.

I am so sick of the douchebag psuedo LSU fans who don't have the balls to admit that their incessant whining is what drove Nick Saban away in the 1st place and their constant negativity surrounding our current coach adversely affects the way the players feel about the support they feel from the fanbase.
