    this should give you an idea,..
    OSU was 6-0 against rpi top 25,.. LSU 7-7
    OSU was 10-0 against rpi top 50,.. LSU 23-13
    so, yes the Tigers played a much tougher schedule,.. still 10-0's nothing to sneeze at.

    All that means nothing when the two teams take the field. OSU is still a very good team despite the disparity in the quality of the opponents, If the game is close in the late innings we should hope that LSU being by far the more battle tested vs top opposition would give us an edge.

    Is Poche in the bullpen again tonight? He only threw 30 pitches on Friday and the fact that he is not a flamethower means his arm should be ready if needed.

    No one said it meant anything. It speaks for itself. We played a much harder schedule in a tougher conference. Let's see if it prepared us better. We can't make errors or we lose.

    The one thing that stands out to me is their fielding percentage isn't elite. It isn't bad but it isn't elite.
