I just hope they bring the bats. I think it will take 8 + to win tomorrow. We need to tie Les Mainieri up and stick a ball gag in his mouth so he can't fuck this up.

 

Need to get some production from both the top and bottom of the lineup. Today we got only 1 hit from the top 3 and the bottom 3. Deichmann, Sparky and Smith shouldn't have to carry the whole load.

 

That won't cut it tomorrow. Their staff is rested and ours is...well...I have no idea what we are going to do but try to piece together a John J. Wholestaff effort. They will score, we need to score more and against a quality bunch. I hope @tirk is on a real bigun right about now.

 

Gilbert needs to pitch the game of his life. I don't know how many innings he can hold the Beavers down but if he has to get the hook before Tower of Power (my new nickname for Hess. Would have been a great one for Randy Johnson but he was already The Big Unit). We are doomed if he can't go at least 6.

 

Robertson is like 1 for 20 in this CWS, that shit has to change. he needs to have the game of his life tomorrow.
