2-1 after 5. They bring in a lefty specialist to get Deichmann. Probably bullpen by committee for us rest of the way.

 

Kiel touching 95 - 96 on the gun strikes out the side.

Needs a rosin bag really bad. Wallows in the dirt after every pitch.

 

Peterson in touching 92 93. Sits down the side. Deichmann flashing some serious leather all game. Now need him at the plate. See how many lefties they have.

Gilbert getting loose. What's up with that.

 

3-2 lsu after 7. Deichmann drives in the go ahead poked in opposite field. Great approach by just about everyone not trying to pull anything. Must be ochinkos coaching.

 

Gilbert with midweek work. Touches 95 consistently. Closes the door in the 8th.

Beau Jordan goes 3 for 3 all oppo. Great at bats by him as he was swinging it. He wants to start and is fighting. Good on him.

Was a pretty good game. Some real good pitching.
