I know they have great pitching. I don't know a lot about TCU. Maybe @TCUTiger will show up and give us the scouting report.

 

So we pitch Poche Monday night. Who do we run out there Tuesday?

 

That's a good question. I'm not even sure Paul knows at the moment.

 

Lange will have only had 3 days rest by Tuesday and Gilbert pitched today. I can't think of anybody but Johnny Wholestaff. That's if we win on Monday. Lose Monday and I would tell Lange to suck it up and get out there. No point in giving him another days rest if his next start is for whatever minor league team the Cubs assign him to.

In considering who to root for tonight, LSU has played 5 games in the CWS. TCU will be playing in their 5th game tonight. Florida would have only played 4 games and their pitching staff would be a bit more rested than ours.
