    Our 8 for 15 percentage didn't all come on plays of 1 or 2 yards. The shorter the distance the higher the percentage of the play being successful.

    It was reviewed and determined to be short; it was damn close. I didn’t realize the spot wasn’t reviewable, I could have sworn that’s happened before.

    I probably would have punted, but it wouldnt have been a slam dunk based on how our D has been fairly porous against the pass.

    You can't give Alabama the ball near midfield up 20. We just stopped them after the turning the ball over the possession before. We had only given up 6 points up to that point. Pinning them back only made sense based on game flow.

    Actually, we were better at 3rd and medium when than we were at short yardage situations in the game...

    Not sure third-and-Aranda agrees with your analysis. It’s kind of a thing, hope he doesn’t own it like Chavis.

    The field position game is for cowards and losers. Always go for it on 4th and 1 on your opponent's side of the field. The math supports it. It's like doubling down on 11.
