When I was on active duty in the mid '80s I traveled to Korea annually. On one trip a buddy of mine & I made a trip to the DMZ. I told him then that one day those fuckers across the border would become a bigger threat than the Russians or Chinese. They continue to develop a long range ICBM capability while the rest of the world sits and twiddles their thumbs. I may not live to see it but these fuckers are going to strike someone with the big one.
