and to think, this story breaks today, on Bear Bryant's birthday (it would have been his 100th birthday, he was born September 11, 1913) Fox 6 WBRC -- Birmingham Today is a special day for Alabama football fans. September 11 is former Alabama football coach Paul "Bear" Bryant's birthday. Bryant would have been 100 years old today.
