my intention is not to answer them, your premise is flawed.
but your conclusion is partially right.

Price controls do not work. Your favoring them is ignorant and damaging to the people they are supposed to protect. Evil is when people manipulate other people for their own satisfaction. You should leave people alone instead of fucking with them all the time.

Let people manage their own contracts and salary deals and stay out of their business and stop fucking them because you are selfish and ignorant.

i do care, just not to the extent where i am angry. i am not playing devils advocate and price controls do in fact hurt everyone. the ledbetter act, and minimum wages and these sorts of labor price fixing scams, they do in fact hurt the people they are designed to protect. unsophisticated people favor these things and politicians that know they are terrible favor them in order to gain power. the ledbetter act is a great example because mitt opposed it, but the inevitable political result of that is that women hate him and he isnt elected. its another example of a crippling lack of sophistication with regard to economics and in particular the rule of unintended consequences.

but nobody cares as long as they feel like they did the right thing and can wag their finger at those who they call sexist and selfish.
