Legends and Leaders???? Thoughts on division names, logo, trophies - Big Ten Blog - ESPN this is the dumbest thing i have ever heard in my entire life.
I just want to know what that beat out, because I can't think of much more lame than that. Add to that the trophies and stuff are a joke. The new logo looks like some kid drew it. Jeeze talk about miss the mark on what should have been a homerun.
I just don't understands the whole "Legends and Leaders" thing. Whats wrong with a good old, East / West or North / South or division 1 / 2.
"now leading the leaders, Ohio State, a legend of a program in the Leader division." "and leading the legends, Michigan, the legends of the legend division." stupid.
Point and laugh! I liked ESPN's suggestion of "lakes" and "plains". Simple, but not as boring as directions.
and they had sooo many choices: meat and potatoes ice and snow car dealers and drug dealers woodies and cornholes recession and depression east and west seems simple enough.
LOL....east and west would make TOO much sense!! You know the Big 10 wants to draw attention to itself.
