No doubt there is abuse in the system and I am all for cutting out the free loaders. God knows I see them in my business every fucking day and it takes everything in me not to say something to them. As someone who defends social programs for the people who truly need them, I get pissed when I see people free loading.....as I think most every decent person does, regardless of their politics.

Just to point out, the IRS can't collect the tax related to the individual mandate. They can't garnish wages, charge penalty and interest, or arrest you if you simply don't pay it. It has no enforcement mechanism at all. That was by design.
