Baton Rouge is ranked as safer than 2% of US cities. Also, Baton Rouge's violent crime rate is nearly 2x what Jacksonville's is.. and over 2x the murder rate (per 1000).

Tuscaloosa ranks as safer than 4% of US cities. It's worse than Jacksonville, but still not as bad as BR...
