I'm willing to go with a OC/DC who is ready to move up - Like Riley, Aranda, Smart, and Fickell did. Don't know enough to know if Marcus is that guy; but there are guys out there.
Freeman (I believe) was HC at Cincy before Fickell, and laid the groundwork for that program. I think there's potential there.
He was Fickle’s DC before going to Notre Dame. He hasn’t been a head coach. I think he is a good coach, with head coaching potential though.
