I was very surprised at how few Auburn fans were actually in attendance. I was in the south endzone and I made a comment to my brother that our fans, as a whole, were into the game for the entire 60 minutes (plus OT). I was very proud of the fans for making an extreme amount of noise for almost every Auburn offensive drive. The students did a great job when it came time for Auburn to kick that OT field goal. Sometimes it's hard to hear how loud the stadium actually is when you yourself are screaming at the top of your lungs, but at one point I decided to stop and just listen and that's when I really got a sense of how loudly Death Valley was rumbling. My favorite moment is when we started to get loud right before Auburn snapped the ball and we would notice Cox having trouble communicating with his teammates, the crowd just kicks it up about 10 notches all at once and the place would just erupt. Man I love it!

Anyways, great job to everyone that was there. My throat is still a little scratchy, but I'll recover in time for North Texas. :geauxtige

It didn't get rockin' until the 2nd half. The place was loud the entire Florida game. Don't ask me why the discrepancy. Maybe it just seemed that way because I was sitting next to some preppy bitches who didn't care for either team and just some other boring fans.

That was amazing... you would see go up to the line and see him struggling, then wroten or vaugn or someone would raise their arms up for more noise... and boy did they get it.

I was there, near the south endzone... section 21, row J, seat 19... Ill remember it always... what a game....

My dad said on TV, that was the loudest game he's ever heard, and the announcers made some remarks about the noise too...

whats sad is , about 2/3's of the people were making noise... I saw some "fans" just sitting around on auburns 4th and goal TD play, and I was like "cmon man, get loud!"

If anyone was sitting behind or in front of crazy-loud-carrot-top-DEFENSE-guy,
I was sitting right in front of him, so his voice was right in my ear the whole night.... he was VERY drunk if anyone was wondering (saw him pouring liquor into coke)

    WHAT A GAME!

I was there too. What is so amazing to me was when Cox would try to call an audible. It was loud and as soon as he started to check the play it became twice as loud. Like a switch was flipped.

Amazing. I keep racking up these experiences. I say this one is better than that one. I have just come to the conclusion that they are all special.

I think of Tiger Stadium as a hallowed place where the echo's of Tiger history are kept. You can feel the Cannon run and hear the call if you close your eyes and let your mind take you back.

I can still feel and remember my first game as a little boy. It was the University of Pacific and the Tigers won easily . I was a Tiger fan before that day but after that day i was a Tiger fan for life.

I love all LSU teams but i have a special place for LSU Football. I fill up with pride when i see the team come running out of the tunnel and i think how lucky i am to live in this country. The Star Spangled Banner is played and The Golden Band from Tigerland marches off the field and the crowd has an electricity that is buzzing .

Thank you Tigers of all generations for making LSU such a special place.

I'm a few games shy of 40 in 5 years, and I still get goosebumps when I hear pregame. I feel like Pavlov’s dogs.

I recall the same thing in my one season in TigerBand in '89. I was only able to hear the very first drum beat/note. My favorite in pregame was the turn to the southwest corner, it looked like the stadium itself was moving when the whole crowd came to it's feet at once.
