Yes, Miles was a great coach. I have defended him, but it was very clear even before 2011 that he was holding the offense back. For sure some of it comes down to player execution, but man we wasted some talent with him.
Les was lucky to get what he did out of Perrilloux. He was drama on wheels looking for a collision. I wouldn't think to give credit to ole water head for someone who got booted from the team.
Was is the key word there, TBH I think he could be great again if he took a page from Coach O. I love Coach Miles with all my heart, and I wanted him to change, he didn't. And I was on the Miles bandwagon up until the 2011 national championship game.
Ryan Perrilloux QB'd and won 2 gamess in the 2007 National Championship season. He was responsible for 8 passing TDs & 2 Rushing TDs. So you wouldn't have thought of him? Maybe you don't put much value on the 2007 NC.
Ok maybe you are taint, move on man. I don't think anyone has issues with Miles and what he did in 2007. It would of been better to not lose the 2 games, but in the end he took home the championship.
