I was very worried looking at the stats and the score.. looked alot like a certain pac-10 game from earlier...
I always felt a bandwagon fan was one who: 1) Never followed a team until they had a winning/championship season & 2) Gave up on them the moment they no longer had a shot at another This does not describe FightinTiger. If anything he is the epitome of what a bandwagon fan is NOT. He takes losses as hard as anyone on this board, which shows me he is very passionate about LSU football. We may all show it in different ways, but we are all big time fans of this program. It's time to lay off the whole bandwagon nonsense. ldskule:
Weren't you the one taking a poll about who should succeed LSU this year as SEC Champ? It ain't over till it's over! Someone should look in the mirror...
If you want to see some bandwagoners, look at the Gator boards. I saw several posts with titles "Now that the season is over." They have two losses and the season sucks ass apparently.
I enjoyed the post by Tiger Educated. I believe the Tigers will now finish strong and some of these youngsters have gotten a bit more maturity. They'll be awesome next season. LL
Every time I visit this site, lol, some body is always punking on that old tooth less one sbanfan. Fightintiger is right this sabanfan is all talk with no substance lol.
I don't necessarily agree that FT is a "bandwagon fan." However, there is a track record based on his recent posts of significant overreaction and an overall short-sightedness with this team. I think the post Saban Fan referred to typifies this. anyone, who would claim after five games (and a 3-2 record) that this team is poorly coached after the brilliant coaching job saban and his staff did last year to bring a NC to BR is simply wrong and overreacting. instead of looking at the situation a little deeper (youth, inexperience and lack of senior leadership), FT decided to put it on the shoulders of the staff with his littany of reasons why LSU is poorly coached. instead of looking at the perfect game GA and Greene played, he thought LSU lost due to poor coaching. FT, take a look at the big picture and don't overreact to a big win or loss. as I have always said, this is a team that will be a NC contender in 2005 as the young players get that experience that clayton, lavalais and hunt had in 2003.
guys, let's not forget that Leak missed 2 wide open receivers that would have been EASY TDs...if he makes those passes, we lose yeah we outplayed the hell out of them, but consider ourselves fortunate to win
