There was a lot of complaining about Mett during the live game thread! I guess I missed the poor secondary coverage too. It was a blown play. Reid was late on the gamble and Loston was out of position to provide safety help. And that little Chancellor dude was fast as hell, lol. Did you see how fast his legs were moving? The 2nd TD was good offense and lackadaisical tackling (got bored in a blowout - don't like that)...plus a referee unintentional pick. Remove the ref from that spot and it's a Mingo tackle. I'm 100% with you on the pass blocking though...and I'll raise you one more...PENALTIES!
What I said and what I read was mostly due to play calling. Mett had his errors, but I was fine with how he performed for his first game giving our situation.

I am also not sure why you talk about dropped passes, every team has them. Moral victory's are cool I hear. Hand us the trophy kus we can obviously do no better.

You know that if LSU fans had the same expectation of QB perfection in education and politics...we'd be living in Utopia !!! (Last time I looked though, we were stuck here in the mud up to our necks in Louisiana.)
