God, I wish we could have played USC. Would love to see Laron get a shot at Jarrett. If I had been the Michigan corner on that play in the end zone, I'd be pissed because if I was gonna get a penalty, I would've made it count.

Also, Arky shouldn't have been expected to win this game. They were #10 playing a #6 Badger team that should've been in the BCS if not for the 2 team per conference rule. Tennessee looked terrible, but the Arkansas game was as expected. Whoever said top to bottom the SEC is stronger is correct, but at the top of each conference(Big 11 and SEC) are the elite teams in the country, although you can't sell me on Meeeechigan right about now. They looked beat about an hour ago.

 

Don't know what the spreads were, but I don't think Arkansas would've been favored over Wisconsin. I'm quite certain Tennessee was favored over PSU, but because I wished your team good luck to you last night, they won.:thumb:

 

At least their song girls were cheering for the right team tonight. :grin:

USC's defense will be sick next year though, I hope we get to play them in the NC game.

Tennessee was favored over PSU by a margin and although Wisconsin was probably favored over Arkansas, a lot of "SEC is better than the Big Ten"ers considered Arkansas to be better because they played a tougher schedule.

Nevertheless, the truth of the reality is that the SEC and Big Ten are even conferences in overall strength, and if OSU continues the roll and beats UF (likely whether you like it or not) this will confirm this. The better teams of the Big Ten are better than the SEC, and the lesser teams of the SEC are better than the Big Ten, coming out with a nullification.

Though, the SEC v. Big Ten wars will continue without abatement for this reason.

 

Bring on the Boise State game. This is awful.

 

Did anyone else notice that there were a few fans at the Rose Bowl sporting LSU gear?
