But he did not release it to sponsor terrorism and destroy Israel. That was the lie. He released it to defang Iran for a decade. They have no capability to destroy Israel and won't for a decade or more, by which time there will be a new deal. Iran is promising its people that the sanctions relief will benefit them. They will have to spend it at home to avoid internal dissent.
