Wow so you basically know the stereotypes. There are lots of people who smoke pot who are very hard workers, pay their taxes, raise their kids, and contribute to society.

Going to war before giving the treaty a chance will lose us our European allies and our Russian and Chinese adversaries, who happen to be with us on this one. The deal doesn't take military action off the table, it just provides an opportunity to eliminate the need first. Well you have those guys like McConnell and Boehner who vowed to go against everything he is for regardless. He could ask to privatize social security and eliminate food stamps and welfare and they would vote against it even though that's what they want.
