they sell their tickets with other items so as to try and get around the scalping law by saying the ticket was regular price and they paid 50 for the hat or something like that!
I've had 2 friends caught trying to scalp. Didn't get arrested or anything......just got the $hit scared out of em by the undercover cops.

Yes, well after last years Alabama fiasco, the only solace some students took was when we read the monday issue of the paper to find out that around 60 Alabama fans were arrested before the game for scalping tickets. So they made the trip just to sit in a jail cell. Aparently it is legal to scalp in Alabama, but they didn't realize it is not legal here. It was a fun story to read that monday.
