    hmmmmm

    http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2014/09/10/michael-brown-witnesses_n_5801330.html

In a cell phone video provided to CNN, two men who were doing construction work on a home near the scene react to seeing Brown shot by Officer Darren Wilson.

"He had his f**king hands up," one man says in the recording.

The men later spoke to CNN about what they saw. One worker said he heard two gunshots about 30 seconds apart:

"The cop didn't say get on the ground. He just kept shooting," the man said.

That same witness described the gruesome scene, saying he saw Brown's "brains come out of his head," again stating, "his hands were up."

    ...

The other contractor told CNN he saw Brown running away from a police car.

Brown "put his hands up," the construction worker said, and "the officer was chasing him."

The contractor says he saw Wilson fire a shot at Brown while his back was turned.

I suspect that the grand jury is hearing even more witnesses than have approached CNN with their stories. Many people wish to remain anonymous in a high-profile case like this.

Not looking good for that officer. For one thing, too dam long for the investigation imo. Seems to me that a "justified shooting" would not take long to "proove." I smell a rat.

Actually it is surprising that the case was even given to a grand jury this quickly, before the investigation is complete. The prosecutor is letting the grand jury get involved with the investigating so that he doesn't have to take the entire blame for prosecuting or not prosecuting. District Attorneys are politicians and they sometimes do this on big cases. But the Grand Jury are citizens who meet only once a week and have to sift through all the witness testimony and the forensic evidence to determine if a crime was committed. It's going to take them a while if they are determined to do it properly.

Any way they go is going to bring condemnation from the law and order types or the civil rights types. There is another side to the story that we haven't heard and a lot of evidence that we haven't seen that the Grand Jury must go through. I don't blame them for taking the time to sort the false testimony from the genuine and consider the physical evidence. They have no reason to act before the St. Louis Police and FBI complete their investigations and they have all the evidence. They will want to be able to back their decision with solid reasoning.

In atypical approach, grand jury in Ferguson shooting receives full measure of case

Instead of telling grand jury members what charges they believe police officer Darren Wilson should face, they are leaving it open-ended for now and involving the grand jury as co-investigators.

The prosecutor’s office is also presenting evidence to the grand jury as soon as it receives it, rather than waiting until the St. Louis County Police Department and the FBI have completed their investigations. Police probes are typically completed before a case is presented to a grand jury, county officials said.

As a result, jurors in the Wilson case are hearing from every eyewitness, seeing every telling photo, viewing every relevant video, and reviewing all DNA, ballistics and other test results from county and FBI labs, said Ed Magee, a spokesman for county prosecutor Robert McCulloch. They will hear testimony from Dorian Johnson, the friend who was with Brown when he died, but it is unclear yet whether they will hear testimony from Wilson.

“Normally they hear from a detective or a main witness or two. That’s it,” Magee said. “This gives us an opportunity to present all of the evidence to jurors who represent St. Louis County. They will make the decision.”

It won't matter. Shit is gonna hit the fan regardless of when they make the announcement. It doesn't matter that this dude was up to no good, tried to take a gun off of Five-0, was acting like an ass, got shot, yep. They will riot if the cop isn't offered up.

Tough shit bitches (in general) don't fuck with the po po and your ass won't get shot. Deal with it.
