the winner is whoever sings their songs. the good news is I'll be making a trip to settle it live.

This June, Kenny Wayne Shepherd and Jonny Lang will hit the road together for the first time on a co-headlining U.S. tour.

The tour will begin June 11 in Portland, Maine, and will head down the East Coast and into the Midwest and South, culminating with a show in Louisville, Kentucky, June 28. Both Lang and Shepherd will play full sets at each performance.

Tickets for all shows go on sale March 13. You can see the full itinerary below.

Looks like I might be able to catch one of the Ohio shows. Hopefully they open more dates.

Oh and Lang usually sings his stuff, KWS sang on one cd that I know of and it's hands down the worst music he has ever made. Noah Hunt is a kick ass vocalist though.

I dig em both obviously. Seen Lang a few times at HOB but hate to have to go to Ohio for anything. That place sucks and there's not too many states I feel that way about. But it looks like the best venue logistically.

Bad precedent. Every current song can make a case against. Almost.

Especially the way they did it. Jury heard the production release of the Thicke tune and basically a ground track with no lyrics and many of the fished version of the Gaye song omitted. Bad bad bad precedent. This hopefully gets over turned.
