outside of the thursday night games while trying to stomach simms and nantz and the annual combine, their live production level is subpar. and the talent is bad. Its just boring in general when it could be much more. I guess the game replays are good, they cut out the commercials and no ones talking. cbs' nfl coverage is terrible as well. booooooring.
I agree that CBS is boring. Kinda neutral on the NFL Network, though. I guess I'm just happy that I have an alternative to that Big XII shit show on ESPN on a Thursday.
i agree as in neutral. it shouldnt be blase'. i think cbs finally canned mushmouth shannon sharpe but kept mushmouth bill cowher. crackhead irvin is still on the nfl network. hes a big reason i cant stomach it.
I guess having a hyper-ass toddler has enabled me to tune-out bad analysts. The only one who still really gets to me is god damn Verne. Uhhhawhh! Wwwoowww!!! Fupa-having jackass.
i suppose its just over-saturation. NFL doesnt need 10 pregame shows. I like ESPN due to dilfer and steve young. And Fox due to not taking themselves too seriously.
CBS sucks. NFL network...meh. Verne needs to stick to the buffet. Brent Musberger is the biggest turd on tv. John Madden was the best. Gruden isn't bad. Remember Dennis Miller's stint on MNF? All I remember was thinking, "WTF is he talking about?"
