Nike stock has lost $3 billion in value since extending Kaepernick's deal.

Not surprised. Knight didn't go from selling shoes out the thr trunk of his car to being a billionaire by being stupid.

I think as the dummy money pours in there's going to be some positive movement, but after it's going to be an inevitable decline, imo. I think the 1 yr graph from today will look pretty pathetic.

Read the duck's post. He retired 3 years ago. Somebody else made that decision.

I don't think it will spur many Kaepernick supporters to actually spend money on Nike products but it will cause a lot of people not to buy them. As somebody else posted Nike has contracts with the NFL and a lot of colleges but they make a lot of money off people who can afford to spend $200 or more for Air Jordans. Most of the dummies can't afford them unless they steal them. Obamahammed isn't there any more to issue free shoe stamps.

I've worn New Balance for years. I have no idea what its corporate political philosophy is. I wear them because I find them more comfortable than Nike, Reebok, Adidas, etc. I voice politics with my vote, not my choice of shoes.
