as much i like meyer and praised his hiring, Im certainly glad Im not waiting for a couple years to implement a plan. as bad as pelini was a game and a half he changed in the 3rd game. Meyer is running his plan in spite of personnel. the lou tepper of offense. he better adjust beforehand or he wont get 3 years.
