JR should have seen the guy coming around the end and folded (was that brian johnson?). thats why whitworth is LT. im not impressed with jr's pocket awareness. the real sad part is that even if he would have seen the guy coming there is a real good chance he would have not made the right decision.

JR is quite effective when he gets NO pressure, but im really hoping he makes better decisions as he gains experience. btw, the reason he wont put of david greene #s is only because he doesnt make the same decisions greene did as a soph. please dont think im an advocate for changing qbs.

nope. bama might beat us 20-14 if we make all those mistakes. without them, we handle them. they will get zip on our D

I said it after the asu game(I thought it was after the tenn game). There is no whining regarding what said above. that is a fact. When I left the game yesterday I learned that our defense is getting better and florida is a much worse team than I thought in August. But the lack of good offensive play calling especially with 2 minutes left in the 1st half and the flags and turnovers with come back to bite us especially against alabama or auburn.

We can beat bama on talent alone minus the turnovers and flags. But if we just lineup and try to run it down their throats, I think we will have a long day b/c bama will stack the line and force jr to beat them. They have the best defense in the conf with ours 2nd.

I would say the offense is unrefined or unpolished but surely not garbage. They are learning and getting better with each game, that is all you can expect right now with the situation. Garbage would imply they not any good with no expectations of them getting better, I don't buy into that at all.

The upside is the mistakes can worked on and corrected, the talent this team has cannot be taught by anybody. JR and the staff are going to be fine if we just give enough time to work out the kinks, and hope the D is there until they do. :thumb:

Guess you missed those two perfectly placed TD passes in the first quarter. Or ooohh hey what about the one on 3rd down in the fourth quarter that set up the game-winning TD? Yeah, what a terrible QB.

Admit it, you haven't even watched a game this year, have you?
