USC can write a book on how NOT to defend A&M. Jesus Christ. Every time A&M lined up 3 wide USC pulled their pants down.

Didn't even attempt to be physical at the line.

The Hilliard kid had a dislocated ankle, early reports. AJ Hilliard was a TCU transfer.

That is what makes it had to see how good aTm is. The O did look impressive but as LSUpride123 said TOBC's D coordinator just wrote the book on how NOT to defend the faggies. That being said the O is potent and dangerous. Stopping them will be a battle to all. They were certainly hot last night...but that is one thing about depending on a great O to win...they have off games and can be stopped if thrown off stride. Expect that to happen more than once every year no matter who is running it.
I thought the aTm D was ripe for the picking but the QB for USCe wasn't up to it. Keep the O off the field and it will sputter.
To sum it up the game was a perfect storm of poor preparation by The Old Ball Coach and excellent preparation by KS. TOBC got pantsed.

A&M dropped 600+ yards on Bama last year and lost 4 games including that one.

Its impressive on paper, but I think people need to understand the reality of what happened. USC just played like shit lol..

The reality is that their offense will give them a chance to win every game this season. The big question is whether their defense will let them down time and time again?

Their defense looks to have a higher ceiling than last year, but we'll see.

That was the book on LSU last year and resulted in 10-3. That sounds about right for A&M.

Ranking this early? Last year opening ranking had UGA # 5, in both polls, finished the year out of the top 25. In fact, 9 of the teams ranked in the top 25, finished the season unranked. In fact, a few of the teams unranked to start finished well, Auburn #2, Missouri #5, Mich St #3. Fla started #10 and finished unranked. I would rather see ranking come out after a few games, you'd get a better feel for what most teams are gonna do.

I agree the polls should not come out until week 5.

It's still a road win in the SEC against a very respected opponent, whether you think they should be ranked in the top 10 or not.
