    ask tirk:... Dear tirk,.. a team has until 7/15 to sign a drafted player or lose their rights to him,.. ? would he still be off limits to the other teams?

    after the draft,.. ? can undrafted players be offered bonuses to sign,.. without adding on to a teams draft pool expenditure?
