    let's see.

first time he was appointed a lawyer by the athletic program only so that he would have legal council. he broke how many laws that time? ZERO.

second time was for a terrible vicious crime. one in which there are only victims and no beneficiaries. what crime was it? using a damn fake ID (his brother's ID). come on, why do you care about this?

there's also the time with no lawyers involved where he had unpaid parking tickets. talk about a thug.

third time, this time, he wanted to press charges against the varsity. the police report says they asked him if he wanted to press charges, in fisher's first statement he said rp called about pressing charges and he advised him not to. that is why rp called fisher, not because he was in trouble but because he wanted to press charges.

now clearly rp is a criminal mastermind. his history spews of violence, drug activity, theft.... wait wait.... no. it doesn't do that at all.

what it shows is that people like you just want to hate rp. i don't know why it's like that but from the very beginning of people making official statements on this matter it was clear rp did nothing wrong.

we cannot tell him to stop going out to bars. it is not his fault some jackass reported to the police - a full day after the fact - that rp pointed a gun at him and then later refused to talk to police. it is not his fault the varsity employees and management spread these rumors. it is not his fault you guys rushed to judgment.

i hear none of you asking favorite to stop rapping. or dorsey to stop going to his shows. or any of the other players that were there. only rp. in fact, i haven't seen anyone but myself really talk about the need to suspend odom throughout this entire ordeal.

so i'd say right now, rp is in better standing in my mind than most of you "fans."

I remember being young and dumb and not having the best judgment at that age. The only difference my life was not under a microscope and I was not considered a role model for lots of kids like he is.

We all live and learn and hope we do not make the same mistakes more than once. I see that RP has a great future in front of him. I can only hope that he is more cautious. There are lots of people out there that would love to see him not succeed. I support him as well as all the other players on the team.
