Extension, not a raise. They're setting things up for a smooth transition to Brady as OC.
Oh my, if this ain’t a cat call *cough* kiki call.
sic em kiki @Kikicaca
Oh damm the get E buzzards are circling, ahhhh Jesus Christ!
Already the highest paid OC in D1*
Not saying you're wrong, but with the extension, I believe he has 3 years left. Do you think they would wait that long to transition?
If Brady's really good, he won't be waiting 3 seasons to get an OC or even a HC job someplace.
@fanatic @TeamofSavages Don't forget, Ensminger has always been The Reluctant Coordinator. He may be very willing to step down in a year or two. Can't be that far from retirement either.
To be fair, although I don't like extending Ensminger...
LSU scored 10 two seasons ago against Bama. (under Canada). So your title is incorrect. Ensminger was responsible in 2016 and 2018, 0 points scored against Bama.
That said, this is a gesture and nothing more. They are letting him ease his way out. Probably not a bad thing.
Yep, that's what I was getting at.
