    I disagree...

Meyer will not be "shell shocked" when he faces SEC competition.

He is well aware, I assure you, that the SEC has much better competition than the MWC.

He is a good football coach. This fact won't change when he faces tougher competition.

I don't understand the logic behind "Florida will lose because Meyer is now in the SEC".

Yes...he's playing better teams, but he's fielding a much more talented team too. The coaching itself isn't at another level...Many a time has a lesser team from a lesser conference played in a game against an SEC team in which during that game, the coach of the lesser team outcoached the SEC team.

In other words...why do ya'll think Meyer will struggle as a coach because he is now in the SEC?

    Get my drift?

Easy. He is now facing a conference that is MUCH, MUCH harder to play in when exploring the wide-open attack offense.

Instead of sitting back and letting the QB drift back without anyone but the 5 OL's blocking, he will now face constant blitzing and/or much faster DL's getting off the OL then in whatever conference he was in.

    Will he be bad? No
Will he lose 3 games next year? Yes

Meyer is the real deal. The only loss will come against Tennesse. Otherwise he should have no problem beating anybody else.

You work for... NBC, Fox, ESPN?

Where is Florida going to find a defense? This historic 6-5/7-4 program will keep the same records a Zook, except for wins in Tallahassee and Baton Rouge.

Why make such a big deal of this? Frankly I'm impressed they got 58,500 at a spring game. If LSU had that many at your Spring game a lot of you would be crowing. Heck if Auburn had that many I would be crowing :)

Say it ain't so! An Aubie who says he would be crowing about a meaningless
attendance statistic for a Spring Game? ROTFLMFAO!!!

Actually, Auburn would probably claim a National Title and make some rings.

Someone really needs to get the stick out of their ass and find a sense of humor.

Heck, are you going to go cry about this on the Auburn board and make another thread about how us?
