Perrilloux was not "named as a person of interest" in a counterfeiting investigation. No official has offered any comment at all about Perrilloux that I've seen. we only know that he was interviewed by investigators, as were dozens of people in his hometown.
EDSBS is funny, if you haven't read it, and Orson gives LSU lots of respect, some backhanded of course. What's interesting is that he chose not to include that RP won the SEC CG after spotty playing time all year. I'd say that was "eventful" as well.
