1. I've replaced my afternoon soda with an apple. Sounds silly, but if you can push through the first week or two, it will become normal.
  2. Quitter! I've gotten sick on beer and whiskey before but I didn't give up.

  5. No. It isn't. I have a family history of high blood pressure. It's what eventually led to my grandfather's death and my mom has had several mini-strokes. My blood pressure became elevated during my second pregnancy and never totally recovered. Cutting out the caffeine is what has made the difference.
  6. you have most of the coffee related illnesses ever all in one family.

  7. I realized this when i was drinking coffee in the morning, a coke in the afternoon and then a couple of beers at night. I couldn't sleep for shit and when I did, it wasn't good sleep. Now I work out most days and I don't drink caffeine and I just drink alcohol on the weekend. I sleep like a champ. It's all intertwined and related at some point. Bottom line is, the healthier lifestyle that you lead, the better you feel.

  8. I drink a lot of water with Organic Lemon juice mixed in there to make it more Alkaline. Cancer cells don't like and can't survive in a high Ph Alkaline environment...................
  9. Caffeine can stay in your system for 12 hours. I sleep better now that I don't drink coffee after 10:00 AM. And I drink decaffeinated sodas too. I sleep a lot better.
