Celebration penalties are usually called on the group, not 15yds per participating player... I have never seen 45yds in penalties called on any one play in college. .

I didn’t mind the 45 yards if it would be roughing and two unsportsmanlike penalties. Targeting was excessive, especially in a game already decided. You cost that man a half of football in the biggest game of the year for a slight face mask touch. That was not the spirit of the targeting penalty as he was not trying to take his head off.
