In her defense I think she just wants her son to do the work himself and not rely on someone else to clean up his mess. That said, I think it's cool that LSU tries to make studying and football the only things that the football players have to worry about while at LSU. Nice perk of big-time football IMO.
How did you miss the part about me saying his mom being impressed with the facilities at LSU? Which of course means the academics as well. That's what I thought would be a reasonable "expectation" of what a parent or parents would want for their son. She was obviously overboard with her demands. You are being kind, that's good. What I read into it was that she was implying that mean old LSU was going to make some poor sister do the undignified dirty work of picking up after the athletes.
